Stamped & Decorative Concrete in Huntington Beach, CA
Stamped patterns, integral color, acid stains, exposed aggregate, polished — high-end decorative finishes for driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks.
Decorative Concrete Done by Specialists
Decorative concrete is its own discipline. The base slab matters, but the finish is where you'll either get a stunning hardscape that looks like flagstone, slate, or wood — or a botched stamp job that screams 'budget pour.' We've been doing decorative work since the late '90s, and our finishers have stamped, stained, and polished thousands of slabs across Southern California.
S&P offers the full range: stamped patterns (slate, ashlar, cobblestone, wood plank, brick), integral color (mixed into the concrete — never fades), acid staining (variegated permanent color), exposed aggregate, salt finish, polished concrete, and combinations. Sample boards in hand, we walk you through what works for your space, your budget, and the way you'll actually use the surface.

What Sets S&P Decorative Work Apart
Decorative concrete is unforgiving — once it's poured, the look is set. Our finishers have done it thousands of times and know exactly how to get it right.
Sample Consultations
We come to you with sample boards. You touch, compare, and choose with confidence.
Specialty Finishers
Stamping and staining take a dedicated crew with the right tools and decades of practice.
Sealed for Longevity
Every decorative pour gets a high-grade sealer to lock in color and resist stains.
Maintenance Guidance
We hand off care instructions and a reseal schedule so your work stays sharp for decades.
Real Sample Boards, Not Catalog Photos
We bring physical sample boards to every consultation so you can see and feel the texture, color, and joint detail before committing. Catalog photos lie — physical samples don't.

Color That Won't Fade in 5 Years
Integral color (mixed throughout the concrete) is permanent. We use it as the base on every decorative pour, then layer surface treatments on top. The result: color that holds up to SoCal sun and reseals cleanly.

Every Decorative Finish We Pour
From subtle texture to elaborate stamped patterns — the full decorative range.
Stamped Concrete
Realistic patterns of slate, brick, wood, cobble, ashlar, and more. The look of high-end pavers without the maintenance.
Acid Staining
Permanent variegated color that reacts with the cement. Each pour develops its own character — no two slabs look identical.
Integral Color
Pigment mixed throughout the concrete. Color goes all the way through — no fading, ever.
Exposed Aggregate
Stones revealed at the surface for natural texture and slip resistance. Beautiful around pools and on slopes.
Polished Concrete
Indoor or sheltered outdoor surfaces ground and polished to a low-maintenance, high-end finish.
Salt Finish
Subtle texture from rock salt pressed into wet concrete. Classic, slip-resistant, and inexpensive.
Inside a Decorative Concrete Project
Every engagement includes the following as standard.
Why SoCal Hires S&P for Decorative Work
Decorative concrete is craft. Three decades and thousands of slabs later, we still treat every pour like a one-shot performance.
Trained Finishers
Our stampers and stainers are dedicated specialists, not general laborers. Stamping is timing, pressure, and feel — and you can't fake it.
Pattern & Color Library
Hundreds of stamp pattern and color combinations on hand. We help you narrow it down to what actually works for your space.
Sealer Maintenance
Decorative concrete needs reseal every 3–5 years to stay sharp. We can schedule it or hand off care to you — your call.
Repair & Refinish Available
Got an old stamped patio that's faded or chipped? We can resurface, recolor, and reseal — often at a fraction of replacement cost.
Stamped & Decorative Concrete FAQ
Yes — fully licensed in California, bonded, and insured with general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We can provide certificates of insurance on request before any project starts.
Every pour includes a written workmanship warranty. Specific terms vary by scope (a flatwork driveway is different than a structural foundation), but the through-line is simple: if something we did doesn't hold up the way it should, we make it right.
Standard residential driveways are 4 inches of 3,000–4,000 PSI concrete over a properly compacted base. If you park RVs, work trucks, or expect heavy loads, we step up to 5–6 inches with reinforcement. We spec it to your actual use, not a generic minimum.
Yes — stamped, stained, broom finish, exposed aggregate, salt finish. We'll bring sample boards to your consultation so you can see and feel the options before committing.
Stamped concrete is one continuous slab — no settling joints, no weed lines, lower maintenance. Pavers are easier to repair piece-by-piece. For most driveways and patios, stamped concrete wins on cost and longevity. We'll lay out the trade-offs honestly.
Integral color (mixed into the concrete) is permanent — it can't fade because the color goes all the way through. Surface stains and sealers do dull over time, so we recommend resealing every 3–5 years to keep the finish sharp.
