Concrete Lifting & Mudjacking in Huntington Beach, CA
Polyurethane foam injection and slurry mudjacking to lift settled driveways, sidewalks, patios, and slabs back to level — without tearing them out.
Lift Settled Concrete Without Tearing It Out
If your driveway, sidewalk, or patio is sinking, cracked, or pooling water — but the slab itself is still in good structural shape — concrete lifting is almost always the smart move. Tear-out and replace is 2–3x the cost, twice the disruption, and usually unnecessary. We drill small ports through the settled slab, inject polyurethane foam (or grout slurry, depending on the application) underneath, and the slab lifts back to level as the material expands and cures.
S&P does residential lifting (driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage slabs, pool decks) and commercial lifting (warehouse floors, parking lots, walkway panels). We assess whether lifting is the right call versus replacement — and we'll tell you straight which one your slab needs. When lifting is right, the work usually wraps in a single day and the slab is usable immediately.

Why Lifting Beats Replacement (When the Slab is Sound)
Faster, cleaner, cheaper. When the slab is in good shape, lifting is almost always the right call.
50–70% Cost Savings
Lifting typically costs 50–70% less than tear-out and replacement — when the slab supports it.
Same-Day Use
Lifted slabs can be driven on, walked on, and used immediately. No 7-day cure window.
Minimal Disruption
Small ports drilled instead of full demolition. No debris, minimal mess, fast turnaround.
Honest Diagnosis
If the slab needs replacement, we'll say so. We don't sell lifting where it doesn't belong.
Single-Day, Low-Impact Repair
Most lifting jobs wrap in one day. No tear-out, no debris hauling, no waiting for new concrete to cure. The lifted slab is ready to use immediately — drive, walk, park, all back to normal same day.

Honest 'Lift vs. Replace' Calls
Lifting works when the slab is structurally sound. If the concrete is heavily cracked, spalling, or undersized, we'll tell you so — and quote replacement instead. We don't sell lifting for slabs that need to be torn out.

Where Concrete Lifting Works
Sunken concrete is fixable — usually. Here are the situations where lifting is almost always the right call.
Settled Driveways
Driveway slabs that have settled at the apron, near gutter lines, or in random panels. Almost always liftable.
Cracked & Sloped Sidewalks
Tripping-hazard sidewalk panels, slabs that pitch the wrong way after rain. Quick same-day lift.
Patio Re-Leveling
Backyard patios that have settled toward the house or developed bird-bath low spots. Lift instead of tear-out.
Pool Deck Lifting
Pool decks that have settled away from the pool coping. Restored to original level without disturbing the pool.
Garage Floor Repair
Settled garage slabs that no longer drain to the door or have visible drop-offs. Quick lift solution.
Commercial Slab Lifting
Warehouse floors, walkway panels, parking lot sections — phased lifting work that doesn't shut down operations.

Why SoCal Hires S&P for Concrete Lifting
Three decades of pouring concrete means we also know when not to pour. Lifting is often the smarter, cheaper call.
Lift-or-Replace Honesty
We won't quote lifting on a slab that needs to be torn out. We'll quote what your slab actually needs.
Polyurethane & Slurry Both
Modern polyurethane foam for residential and most light commercial; cement slurry for heavier or void-fill applications. Right tool, right job.
Same-Day Service
Most residential lifting jobs are quoted, scheduled, and completed within a week. The work itself wraps in a single day.
Multi-Year Warranty
Our lifting work comes with a written warranty. If the slab settles again within the warranty period, we come back.
Concrete Lifting & Mudjacking FAQ
Yes — fully licensed in California, bonded, and insured with general liability and workers' compensation coverage. We can provide certificates of insurance on request before any project starts.
Every pour includes a written workmanship warranty. Specific terms vary by scope (a flatwork driveway is different than a structural foundation), but the through-line is simple: if something we did doesn't hold up the way it should, we make it right.
Both. We've poured everything from a single set of front steps to multi-story underground parking decks. If concrete is involved, we'll quote it.
Hairline cracks under 1/8 inch are usually cosmetic — seal them and move on. Cracks over 1/4 inch, vertical displacement, or spalling at the surface usually mean replace. We'll tell you straight which it is.
We drill small holes into the settled slab, inject a polyurethane foam (or grout slurry) underneath, and the slab lifts back to level as the material expands. It's faster, cleaner, and cheaper than tear-out — when the slab itself is still in good shape.
Often, yes — if the slab is structurally sound and just settled. Lifting can save you 50–70% versus replacement. If the slab itself is failing (heavily cracked, spalling, undersized), replacement is the better long-term call.
